Underwater Search for Evidence Materials – Court Expert
Underwater search for evidence materials – professional services of a court expert
As a court expert in the field of water rescue and diving as well as underwater searches, I carry out specialized activities commissioned by the police, prosecutor’s office, and courts. I have modern equipment – sonars, ROV, and diving gear – which allows for the effective recovery of physical evidence in water bodies.
When are evidence searches carried out?
Underwater searches for evidence materials are carried out, among others, in the case of:
- missing persons,
- drownings,
- submerged crime tools,
- vehicles and objects related to the case,
- documents and other physical evidence hidden in bodies of water.
Guarantee of effectiveness and reliability
All activities are carried out in accordance with international standards, with procedures for securing evidence materials strictly observed. Thanks to my experience as a court expert, my reports and documentation can be used in court proceedings as evidence.
The full range of underwater operations I carry out in the field of searches can be found here.
Search methods used as a court expert
In my work I use both diving equipment and remote technologies:
- Side-scan and towed sonars – for quickly scanning large areas of the seabed,
- ROV (remotely operated vehicle) – remotely controlled vehicles for inspection and documentation,
- Photographic and video documentation – essential for court proceedings.
More search methods can be found here.
